Level 2 Computer Technician – Work from Home
Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
Interpersonal skills such as communication, active listening, and professional level customer care.
Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
Service awareness of all organization’s key services for which support is being provided.
Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of when it is appropriate to escalate matters.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in providing IT support at an MSP or similar IT organization is required.
Minimum 3-5 years experience with MS Windows 8/10 desktop operating system required.
Minimum 3 years experience with AD, Office365, and DNS required
Minimum 2 years experience with MS Office 365 required.
Minimum 3 years of experience using RMM and PSA tools is required.
Minimum 1-year experience using any kind of ticketing system is required.
Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem-solving, exceptional customer service, and communication skills are required.
