You will specialize in the day-to-day recruiting functions for a multitude of job roles starting at entry-level and perhaps progressing to mid-level roles. Bringing your prior Recruiting or Human Resources generalist experience to your work for organization, you’ll ensure the proper candidates are selected for the open positions – you’ll ensure that the candidates are properly vetted through review of documentation and phone screens and you will perform background checks and job references checks. Your overall role will be to utilize your experience and skill set to provide effective job candidate screening & recruiting.

Applicant Tracking Software – savvy – (web-based).
Remote position: must have ability to work 10-25 hours weekly hours ( 2-5 hours daily) mostly during business hours- Between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
