Office Manager/Administrative Assist

Seeking an office manager /administrative assistant to handle:

  • Client services, interact with clients where required – assist and provide reports to clients as required
  • Assist Data entry team as needed
  • Invoicing clients as needed
  • Following up with clients for payments
  • Manage the dispute process with consumers where required
  • Other office duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of past experience working in an office environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Top communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and good with details

The position is working from home, about 4 pm-11 pm Mon- Thursday
