Part-Time Recruiter

New job for a part-time recruiter to work remotely with a great company.

The position is 20-30 weekly hours, with some afternoon/evening hours needed for overlapping with US working time.

Candidates will be responsible for the whole recruiting cycle including:

  • Creating job descriptions
  • Posting job ads
  • Reviewing resumes
  • Screening candidates
  • Submitting them for the positions
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Negotiating offers

Must have at least 2+ years of relevant experience with the tasks listed above. Knowledge in software development a plus, as some of the positions are technical roles.
