Startup company aiming to be the leader in assisting companies worldwide to operate in the Future of Work/Hybrid Office.
Location: Jerusalem
Duties:
• Managing the CEO’s and other management team members’ workflow and priorities by managing their schedules and anticipating steps ahead.
• Managing the virtual office – schedules, meetings, invoices etc.
• Preparing for and following up on meetings/projects.
• Generally, taking care of all management’s work needs with an option to grow and get more high-level duties, depends on the candidate’s skills.
The work is with a very high-level clients who are mostly English speakers, therefore MUST haves:
English – Fluency (Mother Tongue or comparable) Writing, Reading, Verbal, Hebrew-high level (for the interfaces in Israel).
At least 1-2 years in a similar experience, preferred like Assistant to a CEO or a manager
College Degree in Marketing/ Management /Psychology/ Sociology- preferable.
Mature personality, high energy and proactive, service oriented! organized and detail oriented, excellent interpersonal skills! Curious and like to learn.
Computer Literate and knowledgeable of MS Office and social media.
